(SOLD) Greco EJR-82D Cherry 2010
Greco EJR-82D Junior style, made in Japan circa 2010, satin cherry finish. This is relatively late in the piece as Greco stuff goes, but it must be said: these 2010ish era Junior style offerings were very well thought out and brilliantly executed. This one is a double cut style, so it's lightweight, compact and quick to play with heaps of natural resonance. The single Hot Liner pickup is great too: articulate and sensitive under a light touch or rolled off, and wild with harmonics and a walloping attack when hit hard. The finish has a few knocks and scrapes but looks all the better for it: it's a guitar for playing and having fun with, and you're surely going to have fun with it. It's been a while since we got one of these, so if you've been waiting for a cool Jr style that feels superb in the hands, here's the thing.

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. The headstock has a dent on end, dimples on the end and bottom edge and some scuffs on the top edge and front around the posts. The neck is clean and smooth in the hands, just a couple of minor dents behind the nut and 10th fret and some rub wear on the back. The back has an extra hole from a removed strap pin and some scratches near the neck join, dimples and surface scratches in the middle and near the cavity and some scuffs and marks on the elbow area and back edge. The sides have minor dimples on both horns and some scuffs and surface scratches from the elbow area around past the jack. The front has some dimples around the knobs, bridge and back edge, scuffs in the elbow area, a scratch up from the pickup and some play wear on the guard and horns.
Overall: good condition (7/10)
Playing condition notes: action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electronics tested and working properly. Wearing fresh 10/52 strings.
Fret Life: 8/10, minor wear only
