(SOLD) Gretsch G5422-12 Electromatic Hollow Body Sunburst 2012
Gretssch Electromatic Hollow 12-string, sunburst, made in Korea. We get a few folks asking for electric twelve strings in the shop, they're certainly a cool genre. This one is a cool take: fully hollow, double cut shape, FilterTrons... yep, that'll work. The neck treads a good balance: wide enough to have sensible string spacing, slim enough to play without being a tree trunk. The tone is jangly and expansive, with plenty of zing and a warm midrange. These don't come up used very often, so if you're suitably curious, it's suitably ready to come live with you.

Cosmetic condition notes: The headstock has some dimples and scuffs on the end. The neck is clean and smooth in the hands, minor dimples on the back only. The back has some scuffs in the middle of the body, along the top edge and in the bottom corner, no major marks. The sides have minor dimples on the top horn, elbow area and near the jack. The front has some scuffs in the elbow area and near the knobs, as well as some play wear on the guard and horns.
Overall: very good condition (8/10)
Playing condition notes: Action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electronics tested and working properly. Wearing fresh 8-40 Ernie Ball strings.
Fret life: 8/10, minor wear only
