(SOLD) Martin Dreadnought Junior DJr-10E Streetmaster 2022
Martin Dreadnought Junior, shaded 'streemaster' finish, made in Mexico 2022. A few years back when Martin first launched the Dread Jr, I was working in a Martin dealer, and the rep for the brand told me something along the lines of this: "this is going to be huge... it will be our biggest selling model within a year". Whether old mate was right is a question I never answered, but heck: this certainly does rule, and there's a reason they're popular. A lot of small size or travel acoustics sound like garbage, but this is remarkably good. It's rich and dark with a woody low end, gooey mids and a zesty snap on the top end. Being small, it's comfy to sit on a couch with, and the 24" scale slim neck is super agreeable... it basically plays itself. Martin have a way of delivering pretty remarkable guitars even down to their most affordable models, and this is very enjoyable indeed. The relic-ish finish is a laugh too, it looks pretty juicy. As always: one only, don't dither.

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. The headstock has no major marks. The neck is clean and smooth in the hands, no major marks. The back has very minor dimples on the bottom corner near the jack. The sides have minor scuffs near the rear strap pin. The front has minor rub wear in the elbow area and some play wear around the soundhole.. Overall: excellent condition (9/10)
Playing condition notes: action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good. Electrics tested and working as intended. Frets are in great shape with minor wear only, 9/10 for fret life left. Setup with 12/53 Moonshiners strings.
