Epiphone Les Paul Standard, made in Korea in 2000, in tasty honey burst finish. The flame maple top on this is very attractive, it's a really classy LP in very clean condition. The Samick factory built Korean Epiphones are widely regarded to be the best quality Epi models around, and this one is a good example. The neck is slim and comfortable, it's a well-balanced and easy player that you really don't have to work hard to enjoy. The stock humbuckers have plenty of output and have a nice mix of cut and body; the neck pickup sounds especially good. It's fairly light for this genre of guitar which is a bonus. If you're after an affordable classic rock machine, this one will look nice in your collection!
