Avedis Zildjian K Constantinople 20" Medium Thin Low Ride

Offloaded from Captain Chris' personal collection, we've a swanky little 20" K ride in a medium thin weight. This is low variant from the Constantinople series for all you low riders out there. It's patina'd up nicely, an indication it has been well loved. Some would rather it sparkly but hey, that's a debate for another day.

Well we played it and sheesh it speaks for itself. Articulate highs and a strong stick definition with a dark and complex moderately dry wash. It boasts a sweetness that coasts along the note with rich texture that swamps the room. Along the bow it's articulate and that sweetness shines. Move to the edge and that lightweight explosiveness kicks in. The bell chimes nicely without being too pingy. Give it a proper smack along the edge and you'll see just how versatile this guy is. We made the mistake of crashing it and now we don't want to let it go.

Verdict: The perfect addition to a working drummer's toolkit. It'll step up to just about any style of music and functions great as a crash-able ride with heaps of character. About as versatile as it gets.
