Fender Japan Jaguar JG66-85 Sunburst 2007-10

Fender Jag, sunburst, made in Japan 2007-10. This is a classic that really doesn't need a lot of introduction, but hey; here we are right? The Jag has gained a lot of fans for it's absolute ease of play; the slinky short scale, slim neck and perfectly weighted offset body make it a dream in the hands on stage. Throw in the charming offset vibrato and the handy dual circuit electronics and you've got a whole lot of jangle, thump and sparkle to play with. This is a textbook example of Jag-goodness; it just works exactly as it should. The sunburst finish looks better for a bit of wear around the edges and the neck has been played-in nicely. The headstock features a quirky little streak in the grain that seems to underline the 'JAGUAR' text; it's a cool little idiosyncrasy. If you're into making noisy rock and roll, I'm sure you'll make friends with this little party machine very quickly indeed.

Sides have some minor scuffs on both horns, near the rear strap pin and the shoulder area as well as a reasonable chip and some marks near the jack. The front is pretty clean, just some dimples in the shoulder area, behind the tailpiece and near the jack as well as some standard play wear on the guard and top horn. Overall: good condition (7/10)

Playing condition notes: Action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. There's some normal fret wear, they're fairly even and not in need of immediate attention but there's some minor pitting; 6/10 for life left.
