You get the classic early 1960s Jazzmaster appointments: gold logo, slab rosewood fretboard, three-ply tort guard, alder body, dual circuit electronics and the iconic Offset Vibrato tailpiece. This one is nice and light, and the alder body has some beautiful deep lines of figuring on show under the burst finish. It's got that signature open, percussive, clear JM sound, which cleans up beautifully and will handle all manner of effects and maintain a certain clarity.
