Composite Acoustics Cargo Raw Satin Black 2014
Composite Acoustics Cargo Raw, black, made in USA 2014. Composite Acoustics popped up in USA in the 2010s, offering something pretty unusual: acoustic guitars not made out of wood. This is all cabon fiber, one piece from top to tail, which is pretty wild. There's a few advantages to the material, the biggest one being it's unrivalled stability. Hot, cold, humid, dry... it's the same in all conditions, so you can take it anywhere. This one is a 22" scale travel size, similar to a Baby Taylor or Mini Maton, so it's perfect for your #vanlife misadventures. I was honestly blown away by the sound: so much natural volume, huge bass, clear treble... the thing sounds amazing. It's closer to a full size dreadnought in sound than a standard travel guitar, it's really quite remarkable. If you're looking for a guitar to keep in the boot of the Batmobile, oh boy, have I got just the thing.
