Fender CD-140SCE 12, made in Indonesia 2025, natural finish. This is a nice little twelve that ticks a few boxes: solid spruce top, cutaway, pickup, includes case. The sound is clear and chiming, it'll add that shimmer and sparkle to the mix just right. Nice!

Playing condition notes: Action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good. Setup with 12/52  strings.
