Yamaha G250-S, amber gloss, made in Japan 1979. Yamaha have long been doing classy classicals, and this one is very nice. The G series was one notch down from their flagship (and v. pricey) GC series, so they got high grade solid cedar tops, beautiful rosewood back and sides and were made with a lot of care and attention. This is typical of Yamaha offerings in tone: clear, balanced, dry and rich. The neck is quite a wide, pronounced D shape, so it's conducive to correct technique and also carved from some very pretty mahogany. You'd have to spend a a pretty penny to get a new guitar that sounds and plays as nicely as this does, it's very convincing.
