(SOLD) Aria Pro II Magna Series MA-10 Ice Blue Metallic 1993
Aria Pro II Magna Series MA-10, made in Korea 1992-6, ice blue metallic. The Magna series were an early 90s 'superstrat' style offering from Aria; there were several varieties in the line offering various hardware combos. This one is one of the more Strat-like, with a simple trem and a cute HSS pickup set. The tone is balanced and even with a nice mix of bite and thump; easy to sculpt with your favourite nasty gain pedals. It's got a very playable neck: satin finish, slim and quick, shred-friendly flatter board, but with sensible medium frets and a nice round profile; not too flat on the back. With a super-lightweight body and an easy-access neck joint, this will find favour with either those wanting quick and fast movement up and down the neck or those of us with smaller frames and smaller hands. The finish is super cute too, it's a summery hue that will go well with a cold glass of lemonade and your enormous pool full of beautiful people. What a life you live!

Cosmetic condition notes: mild finish wear. Headstock has minor marks on the end and bottom edge. The neck is pretty clean, minor dimples on the back only. The back has a few scuffs near the neck bolts and on the top side and back edge, nothing nasty. The sides have minor dimples on the horns and some scuffs and small chips in the elbow area and near the jack, no major marks. The front is pretty tidy, just some scuffs near the knobs and on the back edge, as well as a little ding on the top edge up from the middle pickup and some standard play wear on the horns. Overall: good condition (7/10).
Playing condition notes: Neck is straight, action is low, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electronics tested and working properly. Frets have minor wear only, 8/10 for fret life left. Setup with fresh 10/46 Moonshiners strings.
