Fender Roadworn '50s Precision Bass Fiesta Red 2009
Fender Roadworn '50s P, Fiesta Red, made in Mexico 2009. These first generation Roadworn models have a great reputation. I've noticed them selling for more in Japan than some pretty high end USA models, including AVRI examples, which testifies to their high acclaim. This one is wearing a snazzy coat of nitro Fiesta, with the trademark faux-wear applied, along with the super chic gold anodized guard and a maple board. It's easy to play, with a skinnier neck than a Japan-made '57 model and a nice lightweight body The pickup delivers a punchy, warm growl which will round out just about any band mix with gusto. You can't go too wrong here, surely.
