Aria Pro II TA-55 hollow body, made around 1989 in Japan, pearl pink. Now that is a nice finish! The hue is similar to Fender's 'shell pink', but this has a very fine sparkle through it; it's got a very sassy look to it. The years have yellowed and mellowed the finish, which pops perfectly against the cream binding and aged gold hardware. This sports a fully hollow mahogany body, so it's lightweight and comfy, as well as offering a thick, rich tone. It's a little more mellow than a centre-block-335-style guitar, so you get a little less sustain and a rounder, more defined attack. The neck is quite slim, it's certainly smaller than most guitars in this 'genre', but it's got a nice round profile and feels really natural. This is one of those guitars that'll happily jump from blues to jazz to punk to indie all in a working week, it's very agreeable and very, very pretty.

The back has a few little scratches and dents, but nothing really noteworthy. There's a few little scuffs and marks on the side around from the knobs. The front is pretty clean, just a little bit of clouding near the knobs and bridge and some play scratches on the guard and top horn. The finish has yellowed with age. Overall: very good condition (8.5/10)

Playing condition notes: Neck is straight, intonation is good, action is low, truss rod works. All electronics tested and working properly. Frets are looking great, 9/10 for life left. Setup with fresh 11/49s.
