Charvette 200, gloss white, made in Korea around 1991. Charvette was the shortlived more basic line by Charvel, made from 1989-91. It's a nice thing too, frankly. The neck is comfy and quick, with tidy tall frets and a lovely dark rich rosewood board. The pickups deliver heaps of pizazz: the single coils are low on noise with heaps of plonk and zing, plus the bridge humbucker is laughably hot and will get your amp into line quicksmart. The faded white finish and topsy-turvy headstock make for a cool low-key shred aesthetic, it's got a certain understated swagger about it. Mostly, it's just fun. You'll have a good time.
