Epiphone Tommy Thayer Spaceman LP, made in China 2012, silver flake. This is a beauty! These were a limited edition, only 1000 were made. Tommy Thayer joined KISS officially in 1985 after a long time behind the scenes and has been a staple ever since. There's a bit extra on tap compared to regular Epi LP: deluxe Grover tuners, the flake finish, Gibson pickups and a superb silver case. It works nicely in the hands: the slim 60s neck is simple and effective, the body is light and rings truly, the pickups deliver a huge rock and roll crunch with plenty of clarity and punch. The outrageous finish will surely look it's best on stage under lights, although it'd happily adorn the loungeroom of a KISS fanatic. Very cool, not very common... it was made for loving you, baby.
