Faith FECV12 Eclipse Venus Acoustic/Electric Black 2012
Faith Eclipse Venus 12-String, black, made in Indonesia 2012. Faith guitars are designed by well regarded British luthier Patrick James Eggle, and while the brand never picked up a lot of steam in Australia, they were the best selling acoustic guitar in UK for a year or two there. This one is all solid spruce and mahogany in a comfy small-ish body, equipped with a handy pickup to boot. It's got a clear, jangly tone with a nice airy midrange. The neck is a comfy balance of string spacing and nut width, it sits in the hand pretty intuitively. The black is cool too, it'll look good on stage if you keep it clean. You've gotta have Faith, right?
