Fender '62 Jazz Bass, old lake placid, made in Japan 2014. Well well, that's a nice finish hey? Lake placid is a lovely finish, but old lake placid blue, especially paired with the classic tort and dark rosewood combo, is next level gorgeous. It's light and lively in the hands; the slim classic J-style neck is friendly and fast, and the well-balanced offset body is acoustically loud and nice and resonant. The classic J-growl and snap is all there, balanced by an even low end with heaps of thumping attack. This is a classy character in every way, and surely basses this slick down turn up everyday.

Cosmetic condition notes: mild finish wear. Headstock has a couple of marks on the end. The The neck is pretty clean and smooth in the hands. The back has some widespread but minor buckle rash scuffs and dimples but no major marks. The sides have a few marks: some dimples on the shoulder, a chip and some scuffs around from the jack and a little chip on the bottom horn. The front is pretty clean, just some dimples near the knobs and behind the bridge and some light play wear on the guard and top horn. Overall: very good condition (8.5/10)

Playing condition notes: action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electrics tested and working properly. Frets have some minor wear but are looking great, 8/10 for life left. Set up with fresh 45/105s.
