Fender '62 Tele, double bound sunburst, made in Japan 2007-10. These bound Teles always turn heads, and paired with the classic three tone burst... well yes, it looks pretty good really. This has a really sweet neck: it's a sixties slim rounded C shape, which is very agreeable, carved from a gorgeous piece of subtly flamed maple and dark choc rosewood. It looks great, but it feels better. Plugged in, there's no shortage of classic Tele-twang brightness and snap, but there's plenty of airy lightness through the midrange and a percussive, full low end that balances the tone out nicely. These seldom last long around here, so don't wait too long if you like it.
