Fender '69 Mustang, rebel yellow, made in Japan 2010/11. Oh boy, that's very yellow. Very very yellow indeed... I think Fender found a way to bottle the actual sun and spray it onto a guitar. Rebel yellow was a non-catalog finish in 2010-ish when this was made, as it was for the past few decades, so you very rarely see it, especially on a Mustang. Aside from the loud looks, this is a sweet little friend that's in superb shape. The classic combo of a short scale, super light body, slim neck and cheeky vibrato system always add up to a fun time; this is an effortless player that's super smooth in the hands. The immediate, thick, spanky attack balances warmth and roundness with grit and sparkle for a tasty tone time all around. If you like it, don't count on seeing another one anytime soon!

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. Headstock and neck pretty clean. Back has no major marks, very light scuffs only. Sides are very tidy, just some very minor dimples near the jack and a tiny mark on the bottom horn. The front is also very clean, just some extremely light scratches behind the bridge and some very minor dimples on the top horn. Overall: excellent condition (9/10).

Playing condition notes: Action is low, intonation is good, neck is straight, truss rod works. All electrics tested and working properly. Frets have some minor wear, they look almost new; 9/10 for life left. Wearing fresh 11/49s.
