Fender Aerodyne Strat in black, full scale version, crafted in Japan 2004-5. The Aero Strat has won a lot of fans for it's slick looks and sleek feel, and rightly so. This one is the full-scale 25.5" version, so it's got that signature Strat spank and cut, but with a distinct scooped midrange and immediate attack owing to the thinner, lighter body. The slim, round neck is finished in satin and feels very smooth indeed; this is a very easy player that's very ergonomically friendly, perfect for those longer gigs. The carved, cream bound black top is a distinctive and appealing look... this really is a classy thing. It's like wearing a tuxedo paired with some vintage Nike Blazers: classy, but still punk.
