Fender Mustang, black, crafted in Japan 1997-00. It's been too long since we had an MG69 in the store, they're certainly one of our favourites. The black outfit looks great: sleek and swish, with those cool white details on the pickups and a generous splash of chrome hitting those cute quirky curves with cool confidence. The neck is typically slim: great for small hands, or also great if you want a lazy couch companion to noodle about on that won't make you work too hard. The tone is snappy, punchy and round, with that typical short scale short sustain and strong fundamental note that brings riffs and snarky rhythm parts to life in cheeky detail. There's a lot to love here... the best things come in small packages.

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. The  headstock has minor dents and dimples on the end, bottom edge, front near the 'Mustang' decal and back near the neck join. The neck is clean and smooth in the  hands, minor dimples and rub wear on the back only. The back has widespread light scuffs, dimples and dents around the whole body, most notably in the elbow area, back edge and middle, nothing too nasty. The sides have minor dimples and scuffs on both horns and the elbow area and some dents, scuffs and scratches near the jack. The front has dents near the knobs and tailpiece and along the back edge, scuffs in the elbow area, to horn and behind the tailpiece and some standard play wear on the guard and horns.
Overall: good condition (7/10)

Playing condition notes: Action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electronics tested and working properly. Wearing fresh 11/49 Moonshiners strings.
Fret life: 8/10, minor wear only
