Fender Player Strat, buttercream, made in Mex 2022. The Player series launched in 2018 as Fender's practical, affordable takes on their classic models. This one was made in 2022, but presents pretty close to new, it's in great shape. The humbucker in the bridge is a handy addition: you get all those tasty crispy single coil snappy cleans on the neck and middle position, but the bridge pickup delivers the goods for big fat dirty tones. The neck is finished in slick satin on the back and carved to an agreeable modern C shape; it's a winner. The buttercream finish is a shade or two more yellow than the more familiar vintage white, but not so rude as a proper graffiti or Monaco yellow; it's a classy warm custardy colour. Heaps to enjoy here, it will surely tickle your Strat-itch.

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. The headstock has minor dimples on the bottom edge and front near the Stratocaster logo. The neck is clean and smooth in the hands, minor rub wear on the back only. The back has minor scuffs on the belly carve and some dimples on the back edge and bottom corner. The sides have dimples near the jack. The front has minor dimples around the jack, light scuffs along the back edge and some minor play wear on the guard and horns.
Overall: excellent condition (9/10)

Playing condition notes: Action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electronics tested and working properly. Wearing fresh 10/46 strings.
Fret life: 9/10, minor wear only
