Fender Japan Dimarzio Collection '52 Reissue Tele, vintage natural, crafted in Japan 2004-05. This is a classy T! If you know your Fender Japan model numbers, you'll know the '-110' on this on indicates that this TL52-110DMC was a high-end model in it's day; it retailed for around double the cost of the standard Fender CIJ Tele. That means you get all the good stuff: two piece ash body, brass saddles, deluxe wiring and a set of sweet Dimarzio passive single coils. The pickups are really sweet: great clarity, dynamically responsive, fat mids, low noise, great balance between the pair... they just sound 'right' for a vintage-style Tele. The body features some really pretty grain, every angle looks superb; you can hear the quality of the timber with each note too. The soft-V neck feels perfect, everything is nicely balanced and you find yourself playing ceaselessly without a care in the world. This is an unusual model; it's a really great take on the classic '52 Telecaster that certainly lacks not for class!
