Gibson SG Standard Ebony 2018

Gibson SG Standard, black, made in USA 2018. A couple of years back in 2018, the SG Standard was a simple hómage to the 1961 original SG, so it's got the cool half-guard, a bound fretboard the the large trap inlays. It looks awesome, frankly... I've always like an SG best in black. The neck is a slim sixties style shape, so it's skinny at the nut with a generous taper up the neck. Plugged in, there's a whole lot of attack and punch on offer, paired with a growly midrange and a nice little sizzle through the top end. It's a lot of fun to play! This one is in very tidy shape with the original case, so save yourself a packet off the new price and riff yourself all the way to enlightenment.
