Greco EG600P LP Custom style, black, made in Japan 1977. This cool little cucumber is a nod to Peter Frampton's famous Les Paul Custom, so it gets the mean three pickup setup and a coat of gloss black with cream hardware. It looks unreal, and with the faded binding and some play wear it really has plenty of swagger. The sound is thick: it does it's best work on the bridge pickup into a dirty amp, but the natural percussive snap and harmonic density translate to some nice cleans too. It's a moderate weight with a very agreeable slim 60s style neck shape, so it's comfortable in the hands. There's a lot to like here, it's a growly little goer.
