Greco EG600P LP Custom Style, cherry burst, 1979. Do you like your guitars to be totally ace? Well, here you go then. Greco guitars from 1975-85 enjoyed a famed 'golden era'; this dates to the middle of that period. The quality of timber and workmanship on offer is exceptional; it feels amazing in the hands. This one needed a little work on arrival, it's now got fresh wiring and a fretboard repairs as per the notes below. It's a great sounding LP: the Maxon-made U-1000 pickups dole out a creamy, thick and articulate take on the classic LP-growl. These three pickup models don't pop up all that often, so if it's the look you're chasing, don't let it slide.

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. Headstock has some minor dimples on the end and back and some slight widening of the joins along the outside wings; it's been checked and cleared as stable by our preferred pro luthier. The neck has a couple of dimples on the back, some light rub wear on the binding and a visible mark from the repaired and firmly re-glued fretboard on the bass side above the 12th fret. The back has some long checking lines as well as a handful of dimples around the body. The sides have some dimples on the top horn, some checking and dimples on the shoulder, some dimples near the jack and some checking on the bottom horn. The front has some scuffs and marks on the top horn, a couple of dimples around the bridge, some light scuffs and dimples around the back edge and some play wear on the guard and horn. Overall: good condition (7.5/10).

Playing condition notes: Neck is straight, action is low, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electrics tested and working properly. Frets have some minor wear, but they're in pretty good shape, 8/10 for fret life left. Wearing fresh10/52 Moonshiners strings.
