Greco EGC-480, white, made in Japan 1990. This looks outstanding: the buttery finish, gold hardware, 7-ply binding, block inlays... *chef's kiss*. Greco were doing several models referencing the Les Paul Custom in 1990, and this was the most basic. As such, you get a practical bolt-on neck, attached the the body with a single bolt and as such, pretty similar in look and feel to the more trad glue-in job. It's on the lightweight-ish-kinda side for an LP, and the neck is a comfy slim 60s style shape, so it's an easy player in the hands. The tone on offer is a little snappier and punchier than a standard LP, with a walloping midrange punch that's great for punk and grunge stuff. It's your very own little custard tart of joy and defiance.
