(SOLD) Greco EGC68-60 Left Handed Mint Collection LPC Style Black 1990
Greco 'Mint Collection' EGC68-60, made in Japan 1990, black. This here is a very tasty thing; a great example of 'Lawsuit Les Paul' goodness. The 'Mint Collection' series was Greco's late 80s/early 90s takes on the classic Gibson models of the past; this one being a very close copy of the original Les Paul Custom from 1968. It's got a proper unchambered mahogany body with a maple cap, tasty PAF-style pickups and some good quality hardware. It's beautifully put together; in the hands the precision of workmanship is obvious. The tone on offer is great: heaps of traditional LP-heft, but with a singing clear top end and a rich midrange. These don't emerge often in a southpaw configuration, so if you've been tempting adding a tasty vintage MIJ LP to the collection, here's your shot at the title!

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. Headstock has some minor dings on the end and scuffs on the back. Neck is clean and smooth in the hands, just a few minor dings in the back. The back has some widespread but minor scuffs and surface scratches, nothing nasty. The sides are pretty clean, just some minor scuffs on the shoulder and near the jack. The front us also pretty tidy, just some minor surface scratches behind the bridge and on both horns. Overall: very good condition (8/10)
Playing condition notes: Neck is straight, action is low, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electrics tested and working properly. Frets have minor wear only, 8/10 for fret life left. Wearing fresh 10/52 Moonshiners strings.
