Kramer The 84, blue, made in China 2021. Kramer were a huge deal in the 80s, finding favour with all manner of longhaired gentlemen in tight pants, including Mr Van Halen himself for a while there. This model pays homage to that era. It's pretty kickarse: fast neck, one hot humbucker, floating tremolo, matching hockeystick headstock... hell yeah, it's fun to be alive. This one landed with us missing some bits, so our upstanding tech Mark installed a replacement licensed Floyd Rose bridge, new locking nuts and a string retainer and did a handy little re-wire job with a fresh pot under the hood. It's sounding and playing great now, ready to melt faces.

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. The headstock has some scuffs on the back near the point. The neck is clean and smooth in the hands, minor dimples and some glossing from play only. The back has minor scuffs near the back edge and belly carve. The sides have no major marks. The front has minor scuffs around the bridge and some play wear on the horns.
Overall: excellent condition (8.5/10)

Playing condition notes: action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electronics tested and working properly. Wearing fresh 9/46 strings.
Fret Life: 9/10, minor wear only
