Ric 330, Jetglo, made in USA 1991. Is there a cooler looking stage guitar than a Ric? It's surely a contender for the most stylish rock and roll guitar going around. This one dates to 1991 and it's definitely been played; there's a bit of natural wear to prove it's no case-queen. As such, it's extremely resonant: lively and loud unplugged, warm, rich and full when plugged in. The Hi Gain single coil pickups get along well with drives and fuzzes; there's plenty of definition and sparkle on tap to cut through a mix. The neck is surprisingly comfy; not too thick or thin and pretty easy to get used to. The original case is decked out in outrageous silver tolex and blessed with a mic-and-sickle stencil from a previous owner; a cool nod to a colourful past. These don't come up used in Australia very often, so if you've always wanted one, here's your shot at glory.

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. Headstock has some minor marks on the end, some scuffs on the back and some checking on the front. Neck is smooth in the hands, board has a little play wear on the lacquer and the back has some dimples up the neck and a pair of small chips approximately behind the second fret. The back has some widespread light scuffs and surface scratches as well as some small chips near the rear strap pin and on the top horn, no major marks though. The sides ... Overall: good condition (7/10).

Playing condition notes: Neck is straight, intonation is good, action is low, truss rod works. All electronics tested and working properly. Frets have some normal wear, there's some minor pitting but they're fairly even with no major buzz issues and not in need of immediate attention, 6/10 for fret life left. Setup with fresh 10/46s Moonshiners strings.
