Rumbler MR-1, green burst, made in Japan 1993 approx. Rumbler was a shortlived sub-brand from Japanese acoustic heavyweights Morris, with a bunch of models with built in electronics and slimline bodies. It's quirky: superstrat style headstock, pinless Ovation-esque bridge, not to mention it's painted green. It plays nicely though, and the slim body sits under the arm a little more easily than a standard dreadnought does. The pickup is basic, but simple to drive and sounds pretty good. The sound is pretty rich too: nice warm mids and an understated but clear treble. Are you ready to Rumbler?
