Tokai Legacy ST-Style Relic Cream 2023

'Tokai Legacy' ST-Style TL-ST6 finished in relic cream. We believe this guitar to have been made in 2023 from buyer's accounts, but these have no serial number for reference. These and other Fender-styles are made in China under the name Tokai Legacy and are distributed in Australia as a budget option for players. In the hands it's pretty comfy, and super light at 2.8kg. The neck's a D shape with a moderate taper and radius in the vein of modern Fender styles. The pickups sound pretty good. They're clean and chimey, have a strat-like percussive bite and sound balanced enough throughout the lows and mids to sit happily in a guitar priced thrice-ly. Bonus: they're not overly noisey. Snag a cheap stratamathinga while the getting's good.

Overall: Excellent condition (8/10)

Playing condition notes: Action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electronics tested and working properly. Wearing 10/46 strings.
Fret life: Very little wear from new. Plenty of life left. Overall: 7/10

This listing is an archived entry. We love to look back and remember fondly what characters we've had through the store, so we keep them around for reference.
