Burny PLC-45 Pale Pink 2006
Burny PLC-45, pale pink, made in Taiwan 2002. Very snazzy, yes? We get a few pink Fender-style guitars through, but not many in the Les genre, so this is a cool little score. The combo of the faded pink finish, pearl inlays and guard and the brushed chrome hardware is an awesome look. It sounds huge: big beefy bottom end paired with a crunchy, wide midrange that loves a decent dose of gain. It's fairly bright in tone for an LPC style, there's plenty of clarity and zing on deck. The body is pretty lightweight and it's a comfy and agreeable neck, so you're never working too hard. Heaps of guitar for not heaps of cash, and... it's so fetch.
