Epiphone Dot, Cherry, made in China 2016. The ES-335 launched in 1958 to great acclaim and has found many fans. including a swathe of iconic guitar heroes. This is the sturdy and reliable Epiphone version, made to a very respectable standard and priced to keep things honest. The deep red finish looks lovely, and the classic curves are very classy. The sound is very agreeable: warm and full with a pleasing natural sustain. Are you hot for the Dot?

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. The headstock has dimples on the end, top edge and back and some scuffs on the front. The neck is clean and smooth in the hands, minor dimples and rub wear on the back. The back has minor scuffs around the whole body, no major marks. The sides have minor dimples on the top horn, elbow area and near the jack. The front has minor scuffs around the knobs and elbow area, dimples around the bridge and tailpiece and some play wear on the guard and horns.
Overall: very good condition (8/10)
Playing condition notes: Action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electronics tested and working properly. Wearing fresh 11/49 Moonshiners strings.
Fret life: 8/10, minor wear only
