Fender Squier 40th Anniversary Stratocaster Lake Placid Blue 2021
Squier 40th Strat, Lake Placid Blue, made in Indonesia 2021. Squier launched in 1982, alongside Fender Japan, and was very well received both then and for the subsequent decades. These anniversary models were released to celebrate forty years of good stuff, and my oh my isn't it just so pretty? The block inlays, gold hardware and anodized gold guard make the vibrant blue pop perfectly. It's lightweight and easy to play, with an agreeable medium U shaped neck. The tone is classic Strat stuff: bright, chiming and snappy, with a fast tuneful bass. Sure, you could buy a regular sunburst Strat, but why not nab something that matches your snazzy personality?

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. The headstock has no major marks. The neck is clean and smooth in the hands, minor rub wear on the back only. The back has very minor scuffs near the neck plate and back edge. The sides have no major marks. The front has minor play wear on the top horn.

Playing condition notes: Action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electronics tested and working properly. Wearing fresh 10/46 strings.
