Greco EG700 Brown Sunburst 1978
Greco EG700 from 1978, brown sunburst finish. This is a proper lawsuit-era LP, with all the quality and mojo to match. The neck and fretwork is exceptional, it feels so reassuring and precisely made in the hands; it's a pleasure to play. The PAF-copy pickups are rich, full and bright, they're a nice moderate output that really lets the tone breathe. The 700 series LPs weren't chambered like the lower models, you're getting the more 'vintage correct' fatness from a whole lot of high grade vintage mahogany. This one's in great shape considering its age. The grain on the plain maple top is on full display, and it's really something to behold. This is a top-class LP that will easily compete with anything $4k+ will buy in the new market. Come see what all the fuss was about.
