DSM & Humboldt Simplifier. This, friends, is brilliant. Here we have an all analog pre-amp, power amp sim, stereo cab sim, stereo effects loop and high quality DI all in one slim little box. You can run all your gain stage, comp and wah pedals before the input, stick your fancy stereo delays, modulations and reverbs in the stereo fx loop. After that, you can use the inbuilt pre-amp with a super powerful and responsive EQ and plug straight into the FX-loop return of whatever amp is around. Or, use the stereo zero watt power amp with stereo cab sims and go straight into your recording interface or mixing desk via the two XLR outputs. The pre-amp is switchable from Vox AC30, Fender Blackface and Marshall Plexi type voicings. The power amp has three switchable tube sims, and the stereo cab sim allows you to switch cabinet sizes and mic positions, all via the switches and knobs on deck. Not a single clunky scrolling menu screen or nasty digital tone to be seen anywhere. Plus, there's a stereo headphone output for foldback or home practise.
