This is a high end preamp and DI with a bunch of clever ideas packed in. It's two channel, and the second channel can run a jack or XLR in, so you can use it to clean up both your guitar and vocal mic in one box instead of hauling around a desk, and send that straight to your powered speaker. It's got notch control for feedback reduction and a master mute, as well as separate impendence and gain controls for each channel. The five band EQ can be applied to either or both channels, which is awesome. It's a quality preamp too, adding  warmth and detail to everything you play.
