I love Maxon stuff, and I love a good vintage phaser... I love this, it rules. In the mid-late 70s, Maxon stuff was sold under the Ibanez brand outside Japan and the Maxon brand domestically. They were doing brilliant work: carefully designed, beautifully executed. This sounds amazing, with a warm and full sweep that adds a beautiful depth and warble to chords and lines. Maxon have reissued a bunch of their early offerings, but not this one, which is a shame: it's so good.
