Maxon invented the Tube Screamer, so hey, there's some heritage there. This is based on the legendary 808 circuit, but there's some added low end, gain and output on offer. Plus, the drive knob doubly functions as a wet/dry mix and gain control; at midday it's a handy clean boost. These guys do it right!
