Fulltone FB-2 Fat-Boost Pedal
This is cool. It's a JFET powered boost with 30dB of extra go on tap. The volume and drive controls are pretty interactive, so you can get either a thick and punchy clean, a smoothing dose of natural compression or a screaming-Tweed style tone depending on how you set them. The bass and treble boost/cut functions mean you can get it to cooperate with whatever guitar/pickups etc you want pretty happily. It's nicely built in MURICA too, land of the... freedom/guns/etc.
