Teisco Distortion Pedal
Teisco made a bunch of Japan's most iconic guitars in the 1960s. They also did some amazing pedals, and in a fun tale, the pedal end of the brand was resurrected a couple of years back. This beautiful box of scunge sounds a little like a Boss DS-1, but with a separate boost switch and level and a kore powerful set of EQ options and switches. You can get super thick and doomy tones, or more nasal nastiness, or smooth articulate growl that's perfect for punk... heaps of stuff. And, it looks like it came out of a Tokyo vending machine.
