Epiphone LP Bass, sunburst, made in Korea 1997. These don't come around that often! It's funny how the Epiphone LP guitar is one of the most ubiquitous models ever made, but this appears to be one of two for sale on the whole dang internet right now. It's blessed with a very pretty maple top with some lovely flame grain, brought to life in glowing amber and chocolate brown in the burst finish... it looks great. Being a mid-90s Korean made example, the woodwork is very tight and tidy; the quality control was very good in this era. It's a dark and swampy tone with a thick fundamental note, so it works especially well with a pick and a dose of overdrive. If you're after a cool looking bass to doom or grunge up your neighborhood with, this might be a fun little choice.
