(SOLD) Fender '57 Custom Champ 5w 1x8" Guitar Combo Amp
This little monster was made as a limited run in 2021, as part of Fender's 75th Anniversary shenanigans. For a tiny amp it's comically expensive, but hey, it's a whole lot of fun. Plus, realistically in 2022 it'll probably get used a whole lot more often that that Twin or AC30 you've got in the shed. It's got a proper solid pine cabinet, a specifically designed Weber 8" speaker, a hand-wired reproduction of the original 1957 5F1 circuit with high specs caps and transformer and a single knob to curb the chaos. My immediate instinct was to dime the knob and go for that Neil Young style pushed rhythm tone, which was very satisfying. It's also really lovely set at 3 or 4 as a crisp, sensitive clean amp that wails when you dig in. It's a neat trick to find a new example on the shelf anywhere in the country, and I wouldn't bank on seeing many used ones around the place either. For the champs.
