(SOLD) Fender '69 Reissue Mustang Sonic Blue 2010-11
Fender '69 Reissue Mustang, sonic blue, made in Japan 2010-11. This is one cool looking guitar! The sonic blue finish is superb, it absolutely oozes charm. The black switches and pickup covers lend this a slightly meaner aesthetic; it's such a little stunner with so much attitude. This packs the classic 'Stang-playability: slinky short scale, slim neck, light body... it's all too easy. The 'plonky' tone you expect from a Mustang is there in spades; it's perfect for loud jangly rhythm parts and stanky riffs with it's rounded warm attack and short sustain. This is equal parts cute, friendly, assertive and boastful; it's the perfect party companion.

Cosmetic condition notes: negligible finish wear. There's some very minor scuff marks on the back and a few dimples around the body, but really barely any marks to speak of. There's some very mild pitting on the chrome. Overall: excellent condition (9/10).
Playing condition notes: Action is low, intonation is good, neck is straight, truss rod works. All electrics tested and working properly. Frets have some minor wear only, 9/10 for life left. What a winner!
