Fender '62 Jazz, black, crafted in Japan 1999-02. It's easy to imagine yourself playing a slick black Jazz right? This is a bass that will happily slot into all sorts of genres. These sixties style Js have friendly slim necks, so combined with a lightweight body, this is an easy player. The rosewood slab fretboard is a gorgeous example, it pops nicely against the golden headstock and black body. The tone is vintage J (Jintage?) goodness: rounded, confident lows paired with fast, articulate highs. There's not many gigs where this won't do the job, so if you're after a great working companion, this is your friend.
