Fender Player Strat, sunburst, made in Mexico 2020. The Player series replaced the Standard series guitars a few years back, with some upgraded hardware, taller frets and vintage style logos upping the game without being radically different. This feels good: the neck has a great satin finish on it and feels intuitive, the body is well weighted and it all just kinda works. The tone on offer is classically Strat-esque, with piquant highs and plenty of attack, and the burst finish looks tidy as ever. This one is near-new in condition, so save yourself a few hundred off the new street price and spend the change on some spiffy new selvedge denim jeans to ensure you look as crispy as this slick specimen does.

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. The headstock has minor scuffs on the end. The neck is clean and smooth in the hands, minor rub wear on the back only. The back has a dimples on the top horn and elbow area. The sides have minor scuffs on the top horn and small dimples on the elbow area, near the jack and on the bottom horn. The front has minor dimples in the elbow area, near the jack and on the top horn, as well as light play wear on and around the guard.

Playing condition notes: Action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electronics tested and working properly. Wearing fresh 10/46 strings.
