Fender Standard Strat, black, made in Mex 2017. The Standard series was a Fender staple for many moons, and they were always respectable takes on the classic models. This one was made in 2017, a year or two before they switch to the Player series. It's got a nice neck: slim and round with a slick satin finish, carved from some pretty nice maple, it feels nice in the hands. The humbucker in the bridge slot solves the age-old Strat fatness deficit, while the neck and middle deliver a glassy chime that delivers the goods. Tidy stuff!

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. The headstock has dimples on the end. The neck is clean and smooth in the hands, minor dimples and some rub wear on the back only. The back has some surface scratches around the cavity cover and bottom horn, dimples on the bottom corner, elbow area and top horn and some scuffs along the back edge. The sides have minor dimples on the top horn, elbow area and near the jack. The front has a dent near the jack, some light scuffs along the back edge and some play wear on the guard and horns.
Overall: very good condition (8/10)

Playing condition notes: Action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electronics tested and working properly. Wearing fresh 10/46 strings.
Fret life: 8/10, minor wear only
