Fender Telecaster parts build, olympic white, made in Mexico 2023. This is so cool. One of our most discerning customers had this creation put together, and I can tell you straight up that you couldn't buy the parts for this for the asking dime. The body is a recent Vintera 60s Telecaster body, paired with an excellent early 00s Fender Japan Standard Strat neck. The necks are the best bit of those J-Craft standard models: not because the rest is bad, but because the necks are so good. Once those unlikely friends were united, it was blessed with a pair of handwound P-90s by Melbourne-based genius/lunatic Mr Fabulous, which sound stupendous. It was wired up with CTS pots, an orange drop cap, Switchcraft jack and a USA switch, and finished off with a half-tray Wilkinson bridge with the classy compensated brass saddles. It was assembled by local pro luthier Paul Mineur, who always does exceptional work. The result is amazing. The neck is extremely agreeable and the body is responsive and lively, and the hardware keeps everything in tune and kicking along convincingly. The pickups deliver so much character: open, expressive midrange with a deliciously sweet top end, rounded out by a fast and fat bass. There's abundant detail and complexity to the sound, but it's somehow still forgiving and smooth... so good. The hole between the bridge and pickup was left there for dramatic effect; we can arrange filling it for you if you like. But, it's handy to have somewhere to stash your ADHD meds, right?

Cosmetic condition notes: minor finish wear. The headstock has dimples on the end and both edges and some light scuffs on the back. The neck is clean and smooth in the hands, minor dimples and rub wear on the back only. The back has dimples around the string bushings and minor scuffs in the elbow area. The sides have dimples near the jack. The front has dimples around the controls and some play wear on the guard and horns.
Overall: excellent condition (9/10)

Playing condition notes: action is low, neck is straight, intonation is good, truss rod works. All electronics tested and working properly. Wearing fresh 10/46 Moonshiners strings.
Fret life: 8/10, minor wear only
