Fernandes JG40, hot pink, made in Taiwan 2001. This one is pretty easy to spot! Fernandes guitars have done very well in Japan for several decades now; they're an innovative company with a great history. This has the classic Jag/JM style shape, but unlike the vintage style Fenders, it's got a sensible Strat-type two point tremolo bridge, easy 3-way electronics with a coil split and slim neck with a fairly flat radius; perfect for faster playing and vey comfy. The tone is great: heaps of crunch and warmth through the mids, beefy bass and a nice little dash of cut on the top. The lurid hot pink with matching headstock is sure to look great on stage; it's an abomination in all the right ways.  If you're after a super fun offset with plenty of mojo for a great dollar, look this way. Not that you can look away, right?
